Jeff's Blog - Thursday, June 8, 2018 - The David M. and Hattie Amberg House in Grand Rapids, Michigan

This is part of my series of visits to buildings designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.

Just a couple blocks away from the Meyer May House in Grand Rapids is another house designed partly by Frank Lloyd Wright, the David M and Hattie Amberg House. It was initially designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, but completed by Marion Mahony and Herman von Holst when Wright travelled to Europe. This house is privately owned (and used as a home) and is not open to the public. Here are a couple of exterior shots of that house.
