The Ford Piquette Avenue Plant Local Historic District consists only of the factory at 461 Piquette Avenue, which was the birthplace of the Model T. You can read details about this factory in the Ford Piquette Avenue Plant Local Historic District Final Report (local copy), which I recommend highly to anyone interested in Detroit's history.
