Spring Creek School (Three Oaks District No 3) is a red-brick schoolhouse built in 1886. It is quite the conventional brick schoolhouse, with three large windows on either side and a single centered front door with a large window on either side. The windows and doors all have arched tops, with non-projecting double-rows of bricks laid edge-on to emphasize the arch and secure support of the weight above the windows/doors. It has an outhouse in the back yard, but no remaining bell tower. It is owned and maintained by the Three Oaks Township Board. The school identification sign above the door reads "Spring Creek, Dist. No. 3, 1886".
