Jessie School is a wood-frame schoolhouse whose paint has worn away completely, exposing the bare wood to the elements. I don't know when it was built, but it was used for K-8 education. It was closed around 1967, and this photo was taken 50 years later. The owner is confident the schoolhouse will be restored. I hope they are right.
