Rubicon District No 6 is a rectangular wood-frame schoolhouse in seriously bad shape, leaning over, roof collapsing, but equipped with a great TV antenna, a red car in the side weeds, and a dilapidated trailer on one side. If you like to watch TV, you might want to put in a purchase offer. The schoolhouse once had a single centered front door, and 3 windows on each side. Now its an interesting relic to enjoy in the last few years of it's death spiral.
