Valley School, Bingham Township, Leelanau County, Michigan

Location: withheld since this is now a private residence.

Valley School is now a private residence. According to the owner, the original school burned and was replaced with this stone structure about 1910. It's a beautiful rectangular cobblestone structure, with a front face consisting of a centered door and two normal-sized windows. There is no school identification sign remaining, but there is an empty bell tower on the roof. One side has 4 large windows and I was unable to glimpse the other side.
