Drake School (Woodstock District No 4) is a red-brick schoolhouse built in 1871. It rests on a fieldstone foundation. It's now a gift shop along US-12 in the Irish Hills of Michigan. The schoolhouse has an intact bell tower, but no school bell is housed inside. One side of the school has 3 large windows, the center one having converted into a door. I was unable to observe the other side of the school. Two windows exist on the front and back of the school, similar to those on the side, and the presumably original front door stands between them on the front side only. The school identification plaque still exists above the front door, reading "Woodstock District No 4, 1871". All of the windows and doors have a blue semi-circular medallion above them with a white star in their center. Above those medallions is a non-projecting semicircular arch of edge-on bricks, and above that is a projecting semicircular arch of edge-on bricks laid at a right angle to the inner-more bricks.
