The Breast Fountain is a large wall fountain with a life-sized woman covering her bare breasts with her crossed arms and hands. Water flows from her nipples, and also from the head of a lion that she stands upon. The water flows into a sarcophagus-like tub with lions on its face that drain the water into a round basin at ground level. The entire fountain is within a niche in a wall in Piazza Capo di Ferro.
